Join our Ascot Junior All-Pro Academy, held at St George's Ascot, SL57DZ Friday's 5-6pm
Our sessions run weekly from Friday 11th September to Friday 4th December, excluding the 16th October-30th October for the half term break. This will be a total of 10 sessions.
We look forward to having you/your daughter for a term of training with our Pro netball coaches, working on individual skills and maintaining fitness heading into the summer break, and developing as much strength as possible to see the players through to the start of the new September season.
With the launch of our Junior programme in Ascot, we are committed to helping players develop through their netball journey. Whether they want to gain a starting position in their school team, join a performance club, or be selected for upcoming County trials, we are here to help them secure the basics and create a solid foundation of skills to take them all the way in netball. The sessions are based around individual skills, which includes footwork, passing strength and accuracy, speed and agility, as well as knee adn ankle strength work and tactical positioning and court craft. We provide an envrionment where it is safe to fail and we encourage players to ask questions and find all the answers to areas of the game they struggle with.
